Ingredients:
  1. Flour : 4 TBS 
  2. Cocoa : 2 TBS
  3. Sugar : 3 TBS
  4. Baking Soda : 1/4 TSP  ( Do not use baking powder, it's not the same )
  5. Milk : 3 TBS
  6. Oil / Butter : 3 TBS  ( Butter is preferred )
  7. Vanilla Essence  : 1/4 TSP
  8. Chocolate and M&M's : To taste
