Ingredients :
(Serving for two people)
Oil - ( 3 TbSp)
Tomato - 1 pc ( Average size )
Capsicum - 1 pc ( Average size sliced )
Onion - 1 pc ( Large - chopped )
Green Chili - 3-4 pc ( Large - chopped )
Oregano - One Pinch
Crushed Red Chili - By taste
Salt & Red Chili - By taste
Chili garlic ketchup and Chicken spread/Mayonnaise - By taste
Chicken or Mutton - 250 Gram ( Shredded - Boiled )
Method :
- Boil the chicken/mutton and keep the puree.
- On fry pan, put some oil, then add onion and fry them until transparent
- Add capsicum and tomato and put them on heat for about 2 minutes
- Add all spices one by one and mix them.
- Add half of chicken/mutton puree and cook until water is soaked
- Add chicken/mutton and add rest of chicken/mutton puree, mix it and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes until puree is soaked
- Add chili garlic ketchup and chicken spread/mayonnaise to make it cheesy, mix it well,
Your dish is ready.
You can put it on plain bread, shawarma bread or even pizza dough and serve with fries.
